  • TERRA COTTA WARRIORS DROP

    National Geographic

  • PROJECT

When the National Geographic Museum hosted its world famous "Guardians of China's First Emperor" exhibit, Destination DC asked us to get the attention of the entire Northeast Corridor. But rather than attempt to turn everyone's heads, we decided to execute a hyper-targeted experimental stunt campaign that involved deploying street teams in Philadelphia and New York and dropping 900 miniature Terra Cotta warrior statues in public spaces trafficked by our target demographic. Each statue had a message from the commander of the Terra Cotta army, as well as a unique code that once redeemed entered them to win a weekend trip to D.C. that included a tour of this incredible exhibit.
